1. Refunds

   b. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.

   c. Any included accessories, tags, or promotional items must be returned with the item.

2. Returns

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:

   a. Contact our customer support team at sales@nutechwindparts.com within 10 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

   b. Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address, if applicable.

   c. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or promotional items, and ship it back to us within 10 days of receiving return instructions.

   d. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

   e. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30  days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

   a. Downloadable digital products or services.

   b. Gift cards or vouchers.

   c. Customized or personalized items.

4. Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or variation of an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
