REFURBISHING
Want to save cost by servicing rather than replacing certain critical equipment's like Rotating Joints, Power Packs, Hydraulic Cylinders, Planetary Gear Box, Main Bearing Housing, Main Breakers, etc.,in your Wind Turbine.
ROTATING JOINTS
- Nutech in technical collaboration with an International OEM supplier for Rotating Joints has developed capability to produce new parts and also service ERJ & HRJ to extend its life.
- Critical parts are imported from our technical partners and assembly is done at Nutech.
- We have developed a test rig to do accelerated testing for durability and communication
- Special lubricant was also designed, tested and found to enhance the life and also meet the requirements of lubrication and conduction of power and signals.
MAIN SHAFT
- Nutech manufactures and supplies Main Bearing Housing Assembly for various windmills.
- To reduce cost, Main Bearing Housing can also be serviced with replacement of bearings, seals, sealing ring, orings, filters, etc., at Nutech to extend the life of the assembly.
- Dismantling of the Housing Assembly is very critical, cumbersome and requires high technical capability.
POWER PACKS
- Nutech manufactures and supplies Power Pack for various windmills.
- To reduce cost, Power Pack can also be serviced with replacement of worn-out valves, connectors, couplings, seals, gaskets, o-rings, filters, accumulators, hoses, etc., at Nutech.
- Power Pack will be initially tested for working of valves, coils, accumulators, gauges, pump, filters, etc.
- Based on the findings, the Power Pack will be dismantled and required parts replaced with OE / equivalent spare and assembled.
- It will once again be tested and approved before delivery.
- Separate Hydraulic assembly and testing line is established at Nutech.

Annual Parts Contract to minimize downtime. Need a partner to help reduce your downtime for want of Windmill Spare Parts? Nutech has entered into an Annual Parts Contract with several IPP’s to maintain stock of Windmill Spares and supply as per requirement.
