The quality assurance of an organization is the final check point before the product is felt and experienced by the customer.
Our quality lab is equipped with state of the art technology like CMM, MPI, 3D scanner, etc.,
3D scanner, which captures small objects with complex geometry, sharp edges, and thin ribs. Data exported to CAD software for analysis.
Hardness Tester to verify hardness of raw materials.
Each product is mapped, checked and tracked so that it adheres to the stringent norms of Nu-Tech Quality.
This aided by the documentation viz.

- Kaizen meetings, Awareness programs.
The Elite Design and Development Department at Nutech is equipped with cutting-edge technology, which has been instrumental in successfully developing over 6500 parts for wind turbines, in line with our philosophy of providing comprehensive solutions for wind parts. With a strong commitment to staying ahead of the curve, Nutech has invested in the latest software and tools to minimize turnaround time in product development, including a handheld 3D scanner for fast design and prototype development, as well as a team of skilled engineers proficient in technical aids such as AutoCAD, Pro-E, EPDM, and SolidWorks.
Nutech's factory is fully equipped to produce components ranging from miniature 3mm pins to transmission shafts of 1 meter diameter. The facility is equipped with advanced machinery, including the Mazak turn mill center, CNC turning centers, vertical machining centers, and conventional lathes, ensuring that Nutech can meet all manufacturing needs. Additionally, Nutech has a separate assembly line for hydraulic components and rotating joints, as well as a dedicated facility for accelerated testing of electric and hydraulic joints, established in 2019. The manufacturing facility is spread over 15,000 sqft and serves as a testament to Nutech's commitment to its purpose.
